Great newsletter, as always! I found the part about Baback and Regulo particularly interesting—return management is such a critical challenge for e-commerce merchants. However, while optimizing returns is essential, wouldn’t it be even more impactful to reduce and prevent them in the first place?

That’s exactly what Easy Order Editing (EOE) does. My Shopify app allows customers to modify their orders (address, size, add/remove items) right after purchase, drastically reducing return rates and improving customer satisfaction. Merchants using EOE have seen fewer returns and lower support requests while increasing their AOV.
